Cooking...

Most people don't like cooking because it takes longer that ordering a pizza or microwaving macaroni and cheese, but I love cooking! So tonight I decided that I was going to make dinner all by my self (no help from parents) and WITHOUT a recipe. So that's what I did.........

I got a menu together based on what we had in the fridge, steak, rice, chives, bell peppers......etc. So I cooked it in about and hour and a half and here's the final result:

YUM YUM YUM!!!!! (ain't it pretty??) Just kidding! It was fun to cook for someone else!

Brooklyn sure liked it.....

Not Ready!

Ugh, I don't think I'm ready to go back to school!!! I love sleeping in and not having to worry about homework or huge papers/projects due! I love summer!!! Oh, not to mention all the bloggers who have count downs for the day school starts are KILLING ME!!! (taylor, chloe!!!) Anyway I just don't want summer to end but I am sort off excited to go by school supplies ( I love buying new school supplies!!)

Sandy Pines!

This weekend I went to Sandy Pines Resort with my friend Abby and her family along with Rachel's (Abby's sister) friend Libby B. We had a blast!! We swam in the lake, went on golf cart rides (the whole campground drives golf carts) ate ice cream, played card games, and so much more! Kara (my youth pastor) and her husband Jeremy went with us which made it even more fun! We also got to play with Abby's baby cousin Madison who was soo cute and loved Kara!!!!

Hey just letting you bloggers know I'll be gone for the weekend. I'm going camping in Sandy Pines with my friend and her family!!! So I won't be blogging for a while but when I get back I will post a ton of pictures!!

FUN NIGHT!

I know this was last week but oh, well!

So a while ago I really was in the mood to go out with someone and just hang out, talk about everything but really nothing and eat ice cream! So I called my favorite cousin/ one of my best friends and we went to Evelyn Bay for dinner (with OUT parental supervision!) We had fun playing cards and trying not to drip these massively huge ice cream cones all over the place, oh I spilled it all over my favorite jeans!!! We had a great time!!

4 years ago!

Wow, Yesterday my mom and I were talking about the Olympics, just the usual sports and mostly all the new swimmers that are so close to beating Natalie Coughlin, anyway my mom said that last Olympics I was in fourth grade, and still competitive swimming so I was soo into watching all the swimmers that I know EVERYTHING about and have autographs from. Now in the next Olympics I'll be a senior! That is sooo weird! I can remember four years ago sleeping in the Family Room watching it until past midnight then getting up before seven to watch it live! Wow! I wonder what I will remember for about this Olympics four years from now???? Oh, by the way don't forget to answer the poll question on the side of the screen!

Olympics!!!!

I don't know about you, but I love watching the Olympics! They are my fav part of the summer! I'd have to say that even though I quit competitive swimming, it's my favorite part to watch!My favorite swimmers are Michael Phelps, Arron Piersol, (whom I met and got their autographs!!!!) and Natalie Coughlin.

This summer I signed up to help with VBS and do rec. with my cell group leader, but I will have to miss the SWIMMING portion of the Olympics! BUMMER!!!

Anyway, have a great summer!

Can't Wait!!

Ahhh! So excited for Tuesday night!! We are having a "Girls Nite" with my sisters, girl cousins and aunts (and mom)!!! We are going to watch movies and play games and stuff!! Can't Wait!

Jackson Coffee Company!

Last Saturday, my Mom, sister Brooklyn and I went with my Aunt Janice, and cousins Jamie and Jodie to the Jackson Coffee Co. to hear my Aunt Heather and Mr. Pellam play gutair! It was soo much fun, I ordered two really good drinks and my and my sister and cousins played tons of fun card games!!!

The next time you go there make sure you get either The White chocolate and Peach Flip-Flop OR The Strawberry Summer Sunset drinks, (they are on the summer only menu!)
